Project Manager
After three years and multiple leadership shifts, TDA needed connection and a refresh.
Before it could do this, Linsey spent a few weeks with the team before asking an important question that would cause a necessary upheaval to get TDA back on track and ready for its next phase. To support its transition following a successful survey grant project, it turned to Linsey, a newly appointed TDA board member to put a strategic plan in place for brand, communications and Web design for a brand refresh while managing the project to bring more Doulas across Texas together to continue growing its mission-minded movement.
Strengthening its Digital Presence
While TDA’s previous Website helped them build a foundation, its next iteration needed to foster community and further connection while communicating to a range of stakeholders across Doulas, policymakers and general Texans.
Growing Doula Visibility
After two other teammates were unable to secure a non-profit workspace, Linsey was tasked to root the technical infrastructure including the communicational infrastructure, brand guidelines, brand copy as well as values statement.
This consistent foundation paired with the TDA board member’s tenacity, created the perfect opportunity for them to take advantage when media called asking for perspective on labor concerns in Texas.
“Thank you so much! I’m truly excited to see the coverage and am encouraged by the direction we’re heading. I appreciate your hard work and dedication.”
