Creating new market categories isn’t a new concept, it is challenging to do it successfully so Linsey was hired.
However doing it in today’s world where attention is currency and unlimited options irresistible, its more important than ever to have a strategic comms adviser on the team to reduce barriers to market adoption. After a decade owning “clinical-First EHR” — Elation Health decided to invest in its evolution to the “Clinical-First AI” concept. This concept takes the opportunity to frame the moment as urgent, where technology can set a new standard, elevating its work to fix our broken healthcare system that leads to a collaborative, primary-care-clinician-forward fresh approach. In working with Linsey and its long-term agency partner, Uncommon Bold, together raising Elation’s voice to drive greater early-adopter AI clinicians users as well as solidifying Elation’s momentum in the market while attracting new partners, media, investors, employees, and reinforcing its leadership in the AI space.
Global Re-Structuring Supporter
Linsey was hired by another agency partner, Sun PR to provide editorial content support in terms of editing and creation for National Instruments' global re-brand to NI and consolidation of its 1 million global product pages. This included providing content editing services, writing corporate, executive ghostwriting and product related emails sent out to thousands of customers as well as edited refreshed web pages for new branding alignment, participate in brainstorming and creation of Perspectives, its new blog and annual editorial calendar.
Clinical-First Always
Building on its 10+ years carving out space to talk about “Clinical-First EHR” — Elation now invests in its evolution to the “Clinical-First AI” concept. Linsey worked with the team on introducing this concept, its evolution into different assets including this video. She was also part of the team that refined the interview questions as well as made suggestions on the final cut that delights customers and had investors as well as competitors talking for weeks.
